My name is Barry Wheller, I am a freelance Exam Access Arrangements Assessor, based in Liverpool. I offer Exam Access Arrangements throughout the North West region and will travel nationwide.

I have 25 years of teaching experience across all key stages; primary, secondary and further education. I am a qualified SENDCo and Access Arrangements Assessor.
