My name is Barry Wheller, and I am an Exam Access Arrangements Assessor and a qualified Workplace Needs Assessor based in Liverpool. I have 25 years of teaching experience and hold a formal qualification as a Workplace Needs Assessor. 

The year 2025 has brought significant changes, as we have expanded our services, formed new partnerships, and rebranded the EAA Assessor to Inclusion Compass. With the growth of our team, we are now able to offer the following:
