Assessment data: retained for three (3) months from the date of assessment, after which all records are securely deleted.
Network membership data: retained for as long as you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
We regularly review our databases to ensure information is up to date and deleted when no longer required.
5. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. These include encrypted storage, restricted access, password protection, and secure disposal procedures.

Mailchimp is used as our trusted email marketing platform to manage The EAA Assessor Network’s communications. Your data may be stored on Mailchimp’s secure servers outside the UK, under the protection of UK-approved data transfer safeguards.
