Reasonable adjustments for apprentices
Inclusion Compass specialises in providing reasonable adjustments for apprentices, including support during End-Point Assessments (EPAs). Our goal is straightforward: to ensure that all apprentices have a fair and supportive opportunity to demonstrate their skills, regardless of disabilities, neurodivergence, or health conditions.
We collaborate directly with training providers, employers, awarding organisations, and apprentices to implement the appropriate support.
What Are Reasonable Adjustments?
Reasonable adjustments are modifications made to the delivery of assessments or work to eliminate barriers that may unfairly disadvantage an apprentice. Each adjustment is tailored to meet the individual's specific needs, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 and EPA requirements.
